Business & Investment Program Specialist

Location: Remote (Candidate should be located in Mexico)

Our client, a leading organization in the Technology industry, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business & Investment Program Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities
Investment Program Management & Execution (50%)
  • Investment Program Execution: Lead global investment programs with excellence—including scope definition, execution planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Enhance and streamline the CSP authorization process to meet global standards.
  • Elevate partner messaging across platforms including LinkedIn and at relevant events.
  • Investment Program Management: Support execution of "Help Needed" and change-management actions from ROB, account planning, or regional reviews.
  • Ensure completion and follow-through of prioritized business commitments.
  • Contribute to governance improvements, including pricing updates and data reporting accuracy.
  • Drive compliance, readiness, and training initiatives with a high standard of execution.
Business Management (40%)
  • Manage Business Rhythms & Special Projects: Lead and maintain the team's Rhythm of Business (ROB) to optimize team performance and outcomes.
  • Assist in delivering special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine business planning processes.
Project Coordination & Administration (10%)
  • Expense & Travel Management: Process and manage expense reports, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Support special projects and ensure key milestones are met.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in business management, operations, or administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and internal tools.
