This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level BI professional aiming for hands-on exposure and influence from day one. Responsibilities include transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and KPI tracking in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a related field and 2-3 years of BI or analytics experience, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Exposure to working with business or leadership stakeholders is valued.
• Certifications or additional training in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics are a plus.

Your mission

Transform data into clear, actionable business insights by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and supporting strategic decision‑making for the CEO and leadership team.

You will help connect data with strategy, operations, and customer experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be working on

• Build and maintain business‑focused dashboards for leadership.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data to uncover patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear, visual reports that support executive decisions. ¶>
• Support the CEO and leadership team with timely, relevant insights.
• Help automate reporting and analysis processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.

What we’re looking for

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, EconomicsTien, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Certifications or additional training in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics are a plus.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
• Exposure to working with business or leadership stakeholders is valued.

Language

• Advanced English.

Technical skills

• Python for data analysis and automation.
• SQL (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of
