Overview

The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base within the supply chain sector. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and the development of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Identification:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain industry.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proposal Development:

    • Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.

    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
