A digital procurement solutions company in Mexico is seeking a Business Development and Solutions Manager for Public Sector Procurement Ecosystems. This part-time, remote consultancy role requires strong B2B/B2G sales experience in technology, particularly within public procurement environments. The ideal candidate will draft marketing materials, lead conversations, and support customers through the delivery of digital solutions. Candidates should have professional English proficiency and a storytelling ability to clarify complex solutions.

Formación

  • 5+ years minimum working experience in a comparable or similar role.
  • Ideally, proven experience in consultative selling.

Responsabilidades

  • Draft clean and clear marketing materials.
  • Craft concept notes and tailored pitch decks.
  • Translate procurement and market challenges into portal concepts.
  • Develop a pipeline in the public sector and related domains.
  • Lead discovery conversations with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support up to portal delivery.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report weekly.

We are now expanding our BD team and seek someone with
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2G sales in technology (ideally PaaS)
  • Can operate confidently within public sector procurement landscapes.

Your experience selling technology to government or public institutions will directly support the consultative, multi-stakeholder nature of our deployments.

What we aim to achieve and who we are looking for

We want someone who understands public procurement environments and can translate them into compelling digital portal concepts. Someone who brings both sector familiarity and a strong technology-sales background. You will help build a high-quality pipeline, craft compelling portal narratives, and guide clients from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft clean and clear marketing materials and explanation materials
  • Craft concept notes, proposals, and tailored pitch decks
  • Translate procurement and market challenges for clients into portal conceptsShape portal concepts for transparency, compliance, and sustainability, aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Pipeline development in the sectors we serve (public sector and corporate ESG / impact domains and donor-funded organisations)
  • Lead discovery conversations
  • Ongoing support of customers up to delivery of the new sale (portal delivery), upsell and retention
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly reporting
