Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology execution across complex healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring successful Agile delivery in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of business needs
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using appropriate techniques
• Develop process models, workflows, and documentation to support current and future state analysis
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs in an Agile delivery environment
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and validate solution outcomes
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement reviews across cross‑functional teams
• Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory considerations, and operational needs within healthcare

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Proven ability in process modeling and workflow analysis
• Hands‑on experience writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across complex business and technology landscapes
• Previous experience in Healthcare industry
