Overview

Amazon Mexico Hardlines Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Sr Brand Specialist, you\'ll own selected brands to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx, while owning the strategy of the Toys\' "evergreen" categories.

You\'ll be responsible for looking after categories and brands\' product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed monthly reports on performance. You\'ll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.

You will also provide support to drive growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality product detail pages; and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.

To achieve success in the Sr Brand Specialist role, you will have strong analytical skills as well as relationship management and organizational skills. You will also be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly. You\'ll be a problem solver, identifying issues or opportunity areas to then create plans to find resolutions. You\'ll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Look after categories and brands’ product portfolio, contribute to improvements in user experience, and create detailed monthly performance reports. Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Provide support to drive growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies, identify solutions, propose changes to operational processes, uphold high customer satisfaction, ensure high-quality product detail pages, and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills; be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly; be a problem solver who identifies issues or opportunities and creates plans to resolve them; maintain strong communication and positive working relationships.
  • Fully participate in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management and in-stock management. Tasks include: Online marketing (improving product page data, developing marketing and merchandising plans, improving onsite customer experience, driving traffic and sales); Vendor management (growing the selection of products, onboarding new vendors, resolving pricing issues); In-stock management (tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, collaborating with vendors on PO automation).

Basic Qualifications
