Overview

Amazon Mexico's Consumables Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you'll own selected brands to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx, while facilitating strong relationships with Amazon's high-visibility brands.

Responsibilities
  • Look after the brands' product portfolio, contribute to improvements in the user experience, and create detailed weekly performance reports.
  • Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
  • Provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of inefficiencies, identify solutions, propose changes to operational processes, drive customer satisfaction, ensure high-quality product detail pages, and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relationship management, and in-stock management.
  • Vendor management: help grow selection of products, onboard new vendors, identify and resolve pricing issues.
  • Online marketing: improve product page data, develop marketing and merchandising plans, improve onsite customer experience, help generate traffic and sales.
  • In-stock management: track purchase orders, investigate late deliveries, resolve order rejections, collaborate with vendors on PO automation.
