Job Summary
  • Drive brand positioning insights work to feed into BPM development.

  • Co-Lead People Journeys development in partnership with Div. marketing directors

  • Lead communication (traditional & digital) testing and learnings.

  • Work in close partnership with IBE and Red Fuse teams by sharing comms learnings that guide communication development and media planning.

  • Integrate learnings from cultural/social understanding, creative development, ad performance and MMMs (connect the dots) to form a solid posture that impacts comms development and media planning.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive Brand Equity/Tracking studies (ie. brand positioning, ownables) to gather learnings that contribute to both communication and brand positioning work.

  • Lead Brand Comms Pre testing & Ad Tracking (Trad. & Digital)

  • Lead learnings from digital platforms studies (ie. Facebook BL, YouTube)

  • Drive implications and learnings from Media studies (ie. MMM’s, TAR) to inform media/comms planning.

  • Lead Audience segmentation in partnership with RF.

  • Co-lead People Journeys development (with Div. category directors)

  • Support local IBE initiatives by ensuring local teams follow comms testing guidelines and sharing learnings that avoid committing to unnecessary research.

  • Lead meta learning discipline to elevate communication development capabilities with the BIG and local teams.

  • Work in close partnership with IBE and RF to feed ACPL framework

  • Leverage foresight and cultural understanding to build people centric communications.

  • Own and manage brand insights budget at a category level.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
  • Major in: Math/statistics , Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications.

  • Fluent english (critical)

  • At least 6/8 years of experience in research in CPG ideal, Tech/Digitally centered companies also preferred (ie Facebook/Google), research agencies and also strategic planning areas from Advertising agencies.

  • Evident digital capabilities for research + strong experience with agile research platforms

  • Experienced in communication development and testing.

  • Position will be based in Mexico City
