Call Center located behind Palacio Azteca in Tijuana.

is looking for 80% bilingual collection agent for an easy department store campaign.

Help us reach out to clients and collect their monthly payments of 10 day past due customers through inbound and automated outbound calls.

No cold calling, leads are aware and expecting a call.

Small campaign with huge potential in a brand new, comfortable and humane call center

Salary: $3,000 Net + $1,000 Weekly Bonus + $200 USD Productivity Incentive, no cap + Law Benefits.

• Get incomming calls and assist customers paying their store credit debt.
• Collect the payment for each account that comes in.
• Disposition EVERY call accordingly
