A medical device manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support operations and finance leaders. You'll provide financial and decision support, conduct forecasting, and analyze operational data. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis with strong skills in data analysis. Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) is required. This position is based onsite and involves critical contributions to business initiatives.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English at a C1 level or above.
• Proven experience in data analysis and business strategy development.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing business function, medical device industry a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cost of goods sold & inventory planning, forecasting, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Work with operations and finance leaders to develop, report and track key metrics.
• Maintain and analyze operational data to support efficiency.
• Conduct business case forecasting and review for decision support.
• Prioritize development of systems for planning, reporting, and analysis.
