RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid‑career and graduate hiring.
- Create and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English and Spanish :
- 3 yers of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Familiarity and connections with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full‑cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge and experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Organized and proficient in documenting interview processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource and related fields
