A legal recruitment firm in Tijuana seeks an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in legal or operational roles, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with California hiring standards. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ATS systems like BambooHR are essential to success in this role.

Formación

  • 5+ years experience in recruiting, preferably in legal or operational roles.
  • Deep understanding of structured interviews and performance-based selection.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Use hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and internal databases.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job scope, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Build structured interview guides and track results in recruitment dashboards.
  • Resume & Interview Validation: detect title inflation, missing KPIs, and exaggerated experience.
  • Cross‑reference past employment with public data and AI tools.
  • Administer skills and behavioral assessments using TestGorilla or TalentLMS.
  • Maintain hiring pipeline metrics via Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
  • Advise on pre‑employment testing, soft‑skill evaluation, and onboarding readiness.
  • Ensure hiring compliance with U.S. (California) legal and HR standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in recruiting, preferably across legal or operational roles.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in resume vetting, interview evaluation, and talent scoring.
  • Deep understanding of structured interviews and performance‑based selection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience hiring for U.S.‑based legal or professional services roles.
  • Familiarity with California labor laws and performance expectations.
  • Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and managing pre‑hire assessments.
