An international automotive company located in Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to conduct investigations related to misconduct and policy violations. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess a bachelor's degree, and have at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing investigative plans, communicating results, and collaborating with various teams. This is a hybrid position with three days on-site and two days remote each week.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, Legal or Security.
• Managerial courage demonstrated through effective communication.
• Aptitude for critical thinking and presenting the best course of action.

Responsabilidades

• Develop investigative plans and document work according to professional standards.
• Communicate investigation results clearly and timely to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Audit, and Security.
