Una importante empresa de inteligencia de consumidores está buscando un profesional analítico y detallista para monitorear informes y procesos automatizados. Los candidatos deben tener una licenciatura en ingeniería industrial o un campo relacionado, con un mínimo de seis meses de experiencia. Se valoran habilidades intermedias en Excel y habilidades de escritura en inglés. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring BAU reports and automated processes to ensure smooth operations. You will manage regular client reports by refreshing data, reviewing for accuracy, implementing necessary changes, and coordinating timely deliveries. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual and digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring BAU reports and automated processes
  • Maintaining regular client reports (refreshing data, checking or adding comments, implementing changes, addressing technical issues, managing the delivery calendar and the deliveries)
  • Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, flagging data quality issues
  • Delivering quick turn requests
  • Suggesting and implementing ways of improving/automating existing deliverables
  • Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples and implementing the approach in own work whenever possible.
Requisitos
About You

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional, additionally, you have a fundamental understanding of report preparation and a basic awareness of the customer environment. Comfortable working in a virtual and digital workspace, you are adaptable, proactive, and eager to refine processes through automation and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree: Industrial Engineer, Actuary, or related
  • At least 6 months of experience
  • Ms. Excel (Intermediate)
  • Ms. PowerPoint (Basic)
  • Problem Solving (Basic)
  • Analytical skills (Basic)
  • Email Writing skills (Intermediate)
  • Fundamental understanding in preparation of reports
  • Proficient in English language
  • Basic understanding of the customer environment
  • Exchanges straight forward information
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and digitally savvy
