WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As a Barista Market Developer in Mexico City, you will independently engage with local baristas, café owners, and investors to increase awareness and sales of Oatly products. Through authentic engagement and industry expertise, you will build trust within the specialty coffee community, driving brand growth and establishing long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mapping all coffee shops in Mexico City, identifying whether they sell Oatly or competitors, and setting quantitative and qualitative targets to expand our presence.
• Supporting the Mexico team to increase market penetration and sales, while identifying opportunities for brand showcasing.
• Collaborating with the Brand Lead in Mexico to execute brand activations.
• Partnering with the commercial team to drive brand activation in their channels.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with coffee shops for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Raising awareness of sustainability's impact on the coffee industry.

Flexibility and adaptability are important, as roles evolve with changing needs.

This position reports to the Country Manager of Mexico, and the location is Mexico City.
