A leading cloud services company is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist based remotely in Mexico. The role involves providing world-class SaaS application support and expertise in AWS billing to help clients optimize their cloud spending. Candidates should have a technical support background and excel in customer service, with experience in SaaS environments. This position offers flexibility and growth opportunities within a diverse team.
Location Our Senior Product Support Specialist / Billing Specialist, will be an integral part of our Client Services team. The role is based remotely in Mexico, (Full-time Employee), Colombia (Full-time Employee) or in Costa Rica (Contractor).
