Formación

  • 5+ años en entorno orientado al cliente, preferiblemente en servicios financieros.
  • Experiencia en ventas con inversionistas de alto patrimonio y asesoría de gestión patrimonial.
  • Comunicación efectiva en inglés, español y preferiblemente portugués.

Responsabilidades

  • Conducir reuniones con inversionistas cualificados y gestionar objeciones.
  • Servir las necesidades de los socios de canal existentes.
  • Identificar y nutrir nuevos socios de canal en la región LATAM.

Compensation :Base salary & discretionary quarterly and annual performance-based bonus programs

The Opportunity

The AVP, Americas will join a rapidly expanding global commercial team and will be working closely with LCR’s global and regional leadership. The role is primarily comprised of lead generation along with client, and partner-facing activities and thus, LCR is seeking an extremely well organized, confident, hard-working, and entrepreneurial sales professional to join the team.

Are you the one?
  • Have you spent at least 5 years in a client and/or partner facing environment, preferably in a financial services firm?
  • Do you have sales experience with transactional, High Net worth Investors (HNWI) and/or C-level wealth management advisory services?
  • Do you have an in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets and the ability to establish new relationships?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills in English, Spanish (verbal and written) and ideally Portuguese?
  • Are you confident in meeting people, discussing what you do and are you able to navigate through networks?
  • Are you trained in Trust Based Selling or other value based selling methodologies?
  • Are you able to establish credibility and influence with institutional and individual investor communities or have access to prestigious networks (professional/alumni/clubs/associations)?
  • Are you happy to travel outside of your base location for up to 10 working days a month?
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Learn how to conduct 1x1 meetings with qualified HNW investors, answer questions and handle objections and navigate a prospect through the sales funnel.
  • Engage and serve the needs of existing distribution channel partners and advising their clients on LCR’s
  • Identify, activate, and nurture new channel partners, primarily in the LATAM region, who can reliably and efficiently source qualified new prospective investors for LCR to engage with.
  • Understand and track prospective client pipeline to efficiently manage your time and prioritize
  • Partner with the Americas commercial team to create and manage HNI-focused investor events including partnering with firm’s existing alliance partners and attend on the firm's behalf.
  • Highly effective in forging working relationships with team members and business counterparts.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver high levels of performance.
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle peak workloads, multiple assignments and produce results
