As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies. You’re an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise, you will bring our low-code platform to life.

This role is based at our Mexico City office in Coyoacan. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. Responsibilities

• Build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support customers’ business strategies.
• Implement initial business process management applications and scale the program across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with customers to bring their ideas to life using the Appian low-code platform.

Qualifications

• Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration.
• Ability to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software.
• Analyze a client’s business strategy and develop technical solutions to support it.
• Design thinking for prototypes and model business processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid foundation of, or love for, technology.
• Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologies.

• Basic Qualifications:
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background.
• Bilingual or business proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagement.
