Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation, testing, and training of digital health applications
• Utilize technical IT and networking knowledge to develop comprehensive health informatics solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Informatics, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong skills in workflow analysis and customer service training techniques
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, customer service, reagent balancing, and process mapping
• General knowledge of biochemistry, immunology, hematology, and automation
