Una empresa líder en tecnología educativa está buscando un Associate Experience Designer en Puebla, México. Esta es una oportunidad de tiempo completo para diseñadores emergentes apasionados por mejorar las experiencias educativas. El candidato ideal tendrá de 0 a 2 años de experiencia en diseño, un robusto portfolio y es capaz de trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multifuncionales. Se valorará el conocimiento de herramientas como Figma y habilidades básicas en HTML, CSS y JavaScript. La empresa ofrece un entorno colaborativo con un enfoque en el aprendizaje continuo.

Formación

• 0–2 años de experiencia en diseño digital centrado en el usuario.
• Portfolio fuerte en línea con ejemplos de trabajo.
• Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas y tendencias del diseño.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar en equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones de diseño.
• Producción de maquetas aspiracionales y wireframes funcionales.
• Realizar investigaciones de usuario y pruebas de usabilidad.

Where you will make an impact

• Work on cross‑functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver a cohesive user experience through innovative and interactive design solutions
• Production of aspirational mock‑ups, functional wireframes, screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements (iconography, gestures, behaviors, transitions, animations) and final asset production
• Support user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and user interviews
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development
• Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency
• Effectively communicate your concepts, design rationale, and research findings to the team
• Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

What you will bring

• 0–2 years of digital user‑centric design experience
• Must have a strong online portfolio and examples of work and/or school projects
• Strong knowledge of current design industry best practices, methodologies, and trends
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong communication skills, oral and written; able to engender trust and respect of peers and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently meet deadlines and champion projects from concept to completion within a fast‑paced environment
• A great attitude and a good team player
• A focus on continued learning
• Understanding of global and inclusive design best practices, with a focus on providing design that meets WCAG AA 2.1 compliance
• Bonus points for experience with HTML, CSS & JavaScript
