A global consulting firm is seeking a team-oriented individual with 2-3 years of management consulting experience. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing spend data, supporting cost-saving recommendations, and driving the client engagement cycle. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong analytical and presentation skills. Flexibility to travel as needed is required.

Formación

• 2-3 years of management consulting experience in a consulting firm or a mix of consultancy and industry experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Language proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel onsite as required.

What you will do

• Give suggestions on how team could be more effective
• Start developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with client’s business goals & policies
• Monitor and analyze trends of key commodities as input to sourcing initiatives
• Carry out outsourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management and negotiations

What you should bring

• Must have 2-3 years in management consulting experience in a consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience
• Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Language proficiency in English; Portuguese is definitely a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data)
• Should be flexible to travel onsite as required
