Overview

Order Management is responsible for managing purchase orders (order loading, inventory visibility, arrival date visibility, fill rate improvement, validity management), daily allocation, monthly sales forecast tracking, process improvement, and process automation. The Mattel sales team delivers exceptional performance through analysis-based insights and efficiency, while earning the trust of all parties involved in execution.
