Un líder en fabricación de vehículos comerciales busca un Asesor Regional de Servicio en la Zona del Pacífico. El candidato ideal debe coordinar y administrar estrategias de soporte postventa para los autobuses Mercedes Benz, proporcionando asistencia técnica tanto remota como presencial. Se requiere compromiso con los objetivos de la empresa, habilidades de servicio al cliente y experiencia previa en la industria del autobús. El trabajo es a tiempo completo en Cuajimalpa, contribuyendo a soluciones innovadoras en movilidad.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en servicio postventa relacionado con autobuses Mercedes Benz.
• Capacidad para coordinar y administrar estrategias de servicio.
• Habilidades de asistencia técnica remota y presencial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar y establecer estrategias de soporte de Servicio-Postventa.
• Atender las solicitudes de los Distribuidores y CARYS Flotilleros.
• Cumplir con los lineamientos y políticas regionales y corporativas.

Asesor Regional de Servicio - Zona del Pacífico

• Coordinar, administrar, planear y establecer las estrategias relacionadas con soporte de Servicio-Postventa del producto Mercedes Benz (Autobuses), relacionados con Asistencia Técnica remota a través del sistema OLA MB y Xentry, así como Asistencia Técnica presencial cuando sea requerida por la Red de Distribuidores y CARyS Flotilleros y cumplimiento de BP de venta de MO a través de la Red de Distribuidores con base en los lineamientos y políticas regionales y corporativas, a fin de garantizar en cantidad y calidad atención a las solicitudes de los Distribuidores y CARYS Flotilleros, dentro de un marco de fidelidad del cliente propicio para apoyar la consecución de los objetivos de la empresa.
