Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or AR in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing invoicing through SAT platforms.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Create, validate, and issue invoices in compliance with SAT requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with the month-end closing to ensure accurate records.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of SAT electronic invoicing (CFDI)

Detail-oriented and organized

Effective communication skills

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
