Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our marketing services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

This role is vital in driving growth for our company by building relationships and generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Effectively communicate the value of our marketing services
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions between prospecting and sales
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and speaking with decision-makers
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
