A leading technology company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is looking for a highly skilled professional to provide customer guidance on complex technical issues in hybrid cloud environments. Candidates should have a strong technical background with a minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant fields and a BS degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. The role requires expertise in container platforms like Kubernetes and automation tools like Ansible, focusing heavily on customer satisfaction and technical resolution.

This position is located in Guadalajara, Mexico and is a hybrid-only position. You must be able to work in the office 30-days per quarter.
