Formación

  • 4-year College Degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions as an analyst or senior analyst.
  • Strong experience in Finance, Data-Analysis and Cross-departmental communication.

Purpose of the Role

The Financial Analyst This position will be responsible for assisting in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring, by providing analysis and insight into decision-making in operational, financial and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models
  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring
  • Prepares P&L for RFP to solicit bids from potential vendors
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and leads automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy
  • Serves as the primary liaison between Sales and FP&A, ensuring alignment on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Prepare Customer P&L showcasing performance of individual customers/products
  • Support the FP&A team to prepare Forecast and Budget (Vegetables and Fruit Divisions)
  • CAPEX analysis and preparation
  • Escalates financial issues to management
  • Supports in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Presents regular financial reports to management
  • Manages assigned projects and initiatives as needed
Education & Experience
  • 4-year College Degree (Accounting, Finance or similar) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions as an analyst or senior analyst

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI (DAX functions) dashboard creation and maintenance

The Cost accounting Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by acting as the primary contact for local site teams and facilitating communication among various stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, on cost-related matters. This position will ensure timely completion of month-end activities in accordance with the closing calendar and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for local site teams.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication among various stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, on cost-related matters.
  • Analyze production variances across multiple dimensions and provide detailed reports.
  • Execute month-end closing and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the closing calendar.
  • Prepare budgets, analyze standard costs and activity rates, and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Manage asset accounting processes.
Required skills and experience
  • Strong 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Data-Analysis and Cross-departmental communication.
  • English required at advanced level.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of the operational aspects of processes and/or manufacturing companies would be considered as an advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field.
  • MS Office (Excel Advanced).
