Marketplace is a team within the Rides LatAm Central Operations organization, dedicated to optimizing our operations. Earners and riders are the people who connect in our marketplace—and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. Our goal is to strike the right balance between growth and profitability; this requires judgment to make difficult trade-offs, blending algorithms with human ingenuity, and the ability to create simplicity from complexity.
As the Marketplace Allocation and Core-Pricing Lead, you will be the primary architect of our structural pricing strategy across LatAm. You are the "Chief Arbitrator" of the marketplace, navigating high-stakes trade-offs across all stakeholders. In this role, you will influence through excellence, using best-in-class frameworks and economic modeling to guide Global Tech and Regional Leadership toward the right strategic choices. You will be the primary liaison with Product teams, translating regional constraints into the technical features that define our structural pricing and investment allocation.
