A professional services firm is seeking a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support its team in Hermosillo, Sonora. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, has at least one year of administrative experience, and strong organizational abilities. This full-time position offers ongoing training and a collaborative work environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and coordinate the director’s calendar and appointments.
  • Provide support with customer service and client inquiries.
  • Handle collections and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Prepare and send correspondence to clients.
  • Offer administrative support to both the director and department administrator.
  • Assist with billing processes and documentation.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed.

We are seeking a full-time Junior Administrative Assistant who is proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow. This position requires a bilingual professional (Spanish/English) who thrives in an office environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to take initiative while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
