Job purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individuals to join as an Accounts Payable Analyst. Maintain, control, and verify billing records and accounts payable balances to company suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual unvoucher reports
• Record supplier invoices in favor of the company
• Assist suppliers with price discrepancies or material reception issues and escalate to the Purchasing department
• Generate accounting entries for proper application
• Schedule and prepare payments according to the terms agreed upon in purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with the company’s accounts payable policies and procedures
• Comply with the Environmental Management System Responsibility and Authority Matrix, Format: 600-01-02
• Actively and enthusiastically participate in DEI and plant engagement activities

What we’re looking for

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Schooling: Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related
• Experience Time in similar position: 1 year or more in a similar position
• Technical knowledge required: Accounts payable systems
• Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP
