Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs with a consultative approach.
  • Identify and use the most effective virtual channel to engage with clients.
  • Close renewal opportunities within the established cycle.
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) to track progress, generate insights, and manage opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the commercial strategy of the region.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience in renewals, upsell, subscriptions, or managing recurring accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of accounts (200+).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Goal-oriented profile with resilience, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to learn quickly.
