A leading technology firm is seeking an Account Specialist in CDMX. In this role, you will manage renewals and upsell opportunities, prepare quotes, and act as a primary contact for customer inquiries. Candidates should have at least 2 years in account management or sales roles within SaaS environments, possess a bachelor's degree, and demonstrate advanced English proficiency.
