Formación

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related client-facing role.

About the role

Ready to be the wizard behind the curtain? We’re looking for an Account Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise team in Mexico. This role keeps our customer operations running smoothly, ensuring our creative clients get the support they need without a hitch.

You’ll be the go-to person for essential back-end support, handling billing and renewals, contract management, and CRM hygiene. You’ll be part of a small, but mighty, account management team. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, driving efficiency so the team can focus on empowering creatives. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy solving problems before they arise, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing
  • Be the first line of defence for customer inquiries, responding to emails and keeping clients informed about their account status and required actions.
  • Process orders and ensure billing information is accurate, following up with the Finance team on invoices or refunds as needed.
  • Help new customers get set up and activated by coordinating with internal teams like IT and Legal.
  • Monitor renewal dates and help prepare all necessary paperwork, from purchase orders to renewal forms.
  • Act as the point of contact for urgent customer issues, escalating to the right internal teams to resolve quickly.
  • Keep CRM and ERP systems clean, logging all communications and actions to keep the team informed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support to achieve shared goals and maintain seamless operations.
About you
  • You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Sales Operations or a related client-facing position.
  • You understand the SaaS business model, subscription billing, and the B2B customer lifecycle.
  • You are proficient with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce or NetSuite) and have experience with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe or Recurly).
  • Your English and Spanish communication skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
  • You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute in a small but mighty team.
  • Experience in the creative, media, or digital industry is a bonus but not required.
