Job Summary
  • What You Will Do
  • Identifying prospective companies throughout the territory of Mexico (bajio).
  • Gaining introductions to prospective clients.
  • Learning and understand key client needs.
  • Presenting Altair solutions in the context of those needs.
  • Developing and customizing presentations.
  • Negotiating pricing and business contracts oriented to customers vision and reciprocal growth.
  • Objection handling and problem resolution.
  • Competitive information gathering.
  • Seek for expansions with current customers.
  • Keep CRM updated with precise information.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales is desired.
  • Willingness to qualify and vigorously pursue sales leads.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements, and to formulate solutions based in customer's needs.
  • A positive attitude, a high energy and the ability to quickly establish customer rapport.
  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to effectively position a value proposition while handling objections.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, organization and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel as required within assigned territory.
  • Technically astute.
