We’re looking for a Procurement & Planning Specialist in Cavenago (MB).

Challenges: working in a dynamic environment having the opportunity to redefine procedure and process according with the market situation.

Opportunity: we are looking for people able to become leader and giving us opportunity to improve our service level to the customer.

• Ensure Materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule – KPIs: On Time Production
• Define production scheduling of assigned Plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet Customers demand with available production capacity (Lines Fill & On-Time) – KPIs: On Time Delivery (Customer)
• Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area
• Collaborate with the Customer Service for order prioritization and production management
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse and Production for assuring a Ready To Execute plan

Education: University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced excel), Experience with MRP / ERP systems; Solving skills and a logical way of thinking are essential, Capacity planning experience; Change Management / Target oriented.

Essential: Previous experience in the mechanical industry and specifically in the Manufacturing area. Lean production knowledge.
