A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their infrastructure team in Legnano, Italy. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Infrastructures & Telecommunication team within the ICT Headquarters.
As part of a dynamic and innovation-driven environment, the Infrastructure Specialist will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure across our European store network and corporate systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic technology initiatives, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure landscape.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Stores infrastructure upgrades, modifications, and deployments
- Deploy and track mobile devices, performs a regular inventory assessment
- Communicate with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Technical support activities relating to the integration of hardware, operating system and application software for PC clients and mobile devices
- Documentation production for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities
- Providing support with supplier onboarding and ensuring that suppliers consistently meet established quality and delivery standards
- Office365: Manage licensing, identity, AD Connect - directory synchronization. Microsoft 365 admin center - Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
- Knowledge of the MDM system: Ivanti MobileIron. MS Intune
- Willing to International travel regularly as necessary
Required Skills
- High school diploma (technical, commercial, or IT-related paths preferred) or Degree in similar field
- 1– 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Retail companies, preferably in the Luxury sector
- Experience supporting store openings, closures, and refurbishments
- Proficiency with MDM systems for mobile device management (e.g., Ivanti MobileIron, Microsoft Intune)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office365 suite and administration
- English – B1/B2 level (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, organizational abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
