The job holder is responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the following tasks:
- Reading and correctly interpreting technical drawings provided by technicians and engineers to assemble machine parts.
- Modifying and adapting parts using special bench tools and machine tools (e.g., lathe) to ensure compliance with technical specifications, if necessary.
- Performing tests and function checks on assemblies, alignments, couplings, and conducting final testing of the machine to verify proper operation.
- Installing machinery at the designated site, starting up, and adjusting it to meet production requirements, completing conformity certificates as per machinery regulations. Training personnel on operation, safety features, and procedures in case of failure, if required.
- Participating in occupational safety, health, and environmental protection compliance.
- Executing special tasks as assigned.
- Performing other tasks delegated by the employer that match the employee’s education and skills.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Complying with all legal regulations, company policies, procedural instructions, and ANDRITZ Group’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, including safety, health, and environmental standards. Participating in regular training and eLearning courses.
- Adhering to occupational safety and compliance instructions during daily work.
