Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, branch in Roseto degli Abruzzi, is seeking for a well-established metalworking company 3 OPERATORS IN THE METALMECHANICAL SECTOR on shifts.

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and managing production machinery and related activities.

Specifically, the role involves:

• Operating production machinery such as presses, molds, and automatic and semi-automatic machines;
• Finishing, assembling, and packaging the produced articles;
• Performing visual quality control according to company standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the metalworking, rubber, plastics, textiles, leather, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, or food sectors;
• Good manual skills and motivation for production work;
• Availability for flexible hours, including night shifts and continuous cycles;
• Technical diploma such as Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Technician is appreciated but not mandatory;
• Experience with CNC operators, milling machines, press operators, or mechanical assemblers is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

The position offers a fixed-term contract through temporary agency for long-term needs.

The gross monthly salary is €1,762, based on the Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL).

The working hours are full-time, with availability to work on 3 shifts.

Work locations include Roseto degli Abruzzi and/or Castelnuovo Vomano (Te).
