As Country Sales Lead, you’ll be the face of the brand, owning sales strategy, execution, and performance. This is a high-impact role that blends leadership, commercial acumen, and cross-functional excellence.
Lead and grow our Italian business.
Be the commercial and public face of SharkNinja in Italy, strengthening partnerships with key retailers and customers
Localise and execute global strategies, ensuring Italy’s voice is heard across the organisation
Drive results across multiplechannels, protecting brand visibility and integrity
Navigate Italian regulatory requirements, ensuring full legal and policy compliance
Champion our high-performance, inclusive culture, inspiring engagement and delivery at every level
10+ years in commercial leadership or general management, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or tech
Deep understanding of the Italian retail and consumer landscape
A track record of building and scaling high-impact teams
A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
Fluent in Italian and English
Experience in fast-paced, matrixed global environments
