You’ll work directly with senior engineers, have real influence on architecture and direction, and turn open-ended goals into production-ready systems that support our Support, Marketing, and VIP teams.
This role isn’t about following specs. It’s about taking open-ended goals and turning them into reliable systems. Your work will reach production fast and matter immediately.
- Core AI engineering
- Strong Python
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases
- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI or similar)
- Systems engineering
- Async pipelines and background job processing
- SQL + PostgreSQL
- Docker + GitLab CI
- Clean integrations with external and internal APIs
- Engineering mindset
- Unit and integration testing
- Good logging & monitoring practices
- Ability to structure work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
