Location : Flexible / home-based in EMEA region (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, UK).

Are you an experienced customs compliance professional with a passion for international trade? Do you have a strong background in tariff code classification, export controls, and customs regulations? We’re looking for a Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team and help drive compliance across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities : Resolve Complex Customs Compliance Issues : Analyze and resolve customs compliance challenges, providing practical and compliant solutions to management and business partners. Expertise in Tariff Code Classification & Export Controls : Ensure accurate classification and compliance with country of origin determination and export controls. Project Participation & Audits : Contribute to Global Trade Compliance projects and lead or support audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Compliance Inquiries : Respond to queries from internal teams, import / export agents, and customs brokers across various regions. Data Analysis & Recovery Claims : Gather and analyze data for the submission of recovery claims related to customs compliance. Training & Knowledge Sharing : Conduct training sessions on global trade compliance topics to ensure best practices across the organization. What You Bring : 3-5+ years of experience in customs compliance , with a focus on tariff classification, export controls, and country of origin determination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP and Global Trade Management systems . Proven ability to navigate customs regulations and resolve complex compliance issues. Ability to work in a multinational company with a remote, cross-functional team. Customs-related certifications (e.g., licensed customs broker) are a plus. Why Join Us?
