We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals to join us as Inbound Sales Agents and help customers find the best solutions while working in a dynamic and international environment.

• Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and drive conversions
• Provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
• Guide potential customers through the purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to optimize sales strategies

• Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or inbound sales (outbound experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
• EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
