Job summary
A leading luxury brand in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and provide excellent service to customers. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, with a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail. The ideal candidate will build long-term customer relationships and promote products by understanding customer needs. This position offers a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
Skills
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor based in Rinascente - Milan. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
