• Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust, scalable, and secure back-end services.
• Own the entire lifecycle of backend features: from idea to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-impact features.
• Build and maintain microservices using C# (.NET), Python, and Java.
• Work across diverse platforms including Linux and Windows.
• Optimize data flow and storage with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Deploy and monitor applications using AWS Lambda, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Utilize tools like GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient, test-driven development.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain a high bar for code quality, testing, and performance.

• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, and ideally some Java.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native development (especially on AWS).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Comfortable working across Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and building scalable systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a “figure-it-out” mindset.
• Leadership qualities: able to guide, mentor, and inspire others.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and hungry to learn new tools, frameworks, and patterns.
