• Invoicing and reconciliations: Manage transactions and invoicing with third-party vendors and distribution partners, as well as across our subsidiaries. Perform bank reconciliations and payments.
• Journal entries and ERP management: Keep detailed track of and control revenues, costs, and cash flow. Manage ERP processes to help prepare financial statements for both individual and consolidated entities.
• Financial reports: Help prepare monthly financial reports to inform business decisions. Participate in the preparation of our official annual financial statements.
• Audit support: Interface with consultants and collaborate with the finance team to prepare for internal and external audits.
