We’re hiring for a remote manager to help our partners grow.

The Role

A fully‑remote, freelance contractor based outside the United States. Responsible for coaching Zicasso travel partners to improve sales conversion and efficiency, leveraging experience in trip design to coach partners on high‑quality itinerary creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze partners’ sales performance.
  • Coach partners one‑on‑one on best practices to increase sales.
  • Develop and evolve sales best practices using data‑driven methodologies.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with assigned partners.
  • Implement tailored coaching plans to boost conversion rates and average trip prices.
  • Monitor partner metrics and provide feedback for continuous optimization.
  • Conduct video coaching calls and create actionable monthly improvement plans.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new specialists, covering sales strategies and best practices.
  • Design scalable e‑learning and personal coaching processes.
  • Document best practices and maintain the learning center.
  • Ensure partners deliver exceptional traveler experiences and adhere to Zicasso standards.
  • Identify and drive scalable process improvements.
  • Resolve traveler‑related issues with partners when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to address partner challenges and find growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the travel industry, especially luxury travel and trip design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to excel in a fast‑paced, start‑up atmosphere.
  • Passionate about travel; experience in multiple countries is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, delivering error‑free work.
  • Goal‑driven, self‑disciplined, able to meet and exceed performance targets independently.
  • Excellent time‑management and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Tech‑savvy and adaptable; comfortable learning new software.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Creative problem‑solving with strategic thinking.
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate global partners and occasional meetings outside business hours.
