The ideal candidate has proven experience in the online gambling industry, preferably a degree in Economics, and proficiency in both English and Italian. What you’ll do

• Join the Anti-Fraud Team, specifically within Operations Management, reporting directly to the Anti-Fraud Senior Manager.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following activities:
• Identifying suspicious transactions and fraudulent behavior reported through system alerts, customer service, or other sources; overseeing the correct use of customers' gaming accounts in relation to payment transactions and bonus usage (e.g., identifying bonus abusers);
• Preventing, anticipating, and monitoring potential abuses aimed at taking advantage of bonuses and various types of fraud;
• Collaborating, when required, with customer service and other relevant teams within the scope of your activities.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in the online gambling market.
• A degree in Economics (preferred) or a relevant diploma.
• A result-oriented mindset, with strong understanding of customer needs and a data-driven approach to problem solving;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of digital experience insight tools.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian, spoken and written.
• Availability to work shifts.
