What you’ll do :

Join the Data Strategy & Governance team within the Innovation Strategy department, contributing to the strategic alignment, coordination, and monitoring of data-related initiatives across the organization. You will play a crucial role accountable for the execution of Data Strategy initiatives.

In particular, you will :

• Oversees and support the day-to-day execution and governance of Data Strategy initiatives.


• Support the definition and implementation of the data strategy roadmap and governance framework.


• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools for tracking data initiatives and KPIs.


• Collaborate with AI, Innovation, and Technology functions to ensure data availability and quality.


• Facilitate project planning, risk assessment, and dependency management.


• Contribute to defining policies and best practices for data lifecycle management and compliance.


• Support the promotion of a data-driven culture across the organization.

What you’ll bring :

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably within data management, governance, or analytics domains.


• A degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.


• Familiar with data governance, data architecture, and business intelligence frameworks.


• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).


• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and execution quality.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, both technical and business-oriented.


• Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
