Your contribution:
Purpose: Diagnostics Software Engineer plays a key role in developing function of vehicles calibration. We are looking for an Engineer or a Technician who can work independently and function well within a team. He is flexible, self-motivated, curious and passionate about revolutionizing the world of automotive workshop.

1. Reverse engineering for the development of diagnostic software in the automotive sector
2. Identify ECU communication patterns, parameters and commands into the vehicle
3. Perform static and dynamic analysis of firmware and software
4. Perform tests on real vehicles using company equipment and competitors scan tools
5. Log and document all commands required to calibrate vehicle system
6. Debug calibration software developed by R&D upon specs
7. Contribute to official software release
8. Find vehicles for reverse engineering, testing and validation
9. Report the specifications of calibration procedures
10. Frequent travelling to workshop required

Your experience & qualifications:

1. Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or 10 years of experience in automotive workshop as an expert in the use of car diagnostics
2. Problem solving and analytic attitude
3. Active Driving license
4. Work in team Suite Microsoft office

Preferential requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming
2. Software debugging
3. English: fluent
4. Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics systems
5. Knowledge of communication protocols in automotive environment (CAN BUS - Doip - RS232)
6. Understanding on test and validation diagnostics systems on a vehicle
7. Experience in collecting data and measurements from target vehicles for Reverse Engineering Purposes
