Role Overview

This is more than just a financial analyst role it is a strategic and entrepreneurial position that blends financial analysis investment strategy and active sales effort. You will play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities building relationships with key financial stakeholders and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Deal Sourcing

  • Analyze financial markets industry trends and competitor activity to identify investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and track potential deals ensuring they align with the company s growth strategy.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Analysis Model Creation & Investment Strategy

  • Develop refine and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess investment opportunities.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessment to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to create valuation models forecasts and risk assessments.

Business Development Sales & Investor Relations

  • Identify connect with and establish longterm relationships with venture capital firms private equity funds and institutional investors.
  • Actively network pitch projects and negotiate deals to drive investment activity.
  • Lead and coordinate highlevel investor meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Support the development and management of strategic relationships with investors partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the company s CRM system to track investor interactions and deal progress.
  • Ensure accurate data input track client interactions and generate insightful reports.
  • Streamline processes to enhance CRM efficiency and usability.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other investment teams to align financial insights with strategic goals.
  • Partner with marketing and operational teams to support growth initiatives

Requirements

Who We re Looking For :

Education

  • Master s degree (or final year of study) in Finance Economics Business Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
  • No specific previous work / industry experience is required.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities calculative skills (financial modeling valuation and risk assessment).
  • Excellent communication and sales skills with confidence in pitching and negotiating.
  • Highly proactive and selfstarter resultsdriven approach.

Languages

  • Proficiency in Italian is a must.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 is required.
  • Other languages are highly valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
